Kamalbir Kaur (Arlette)
Practicing kundalini yoga – the yoga of awareness - has been transformative for me, and I want to share it with you! Join me as we reverently tap into the energy of consciousness through the self-healing technology of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan through kriya (complete action), pranayama (breathwork), mudra (hand movements that seal and guide energy), drishti (eye focus), mantras (sound current), and meditations. I completed my Level 1 Teacher Training in London with Gurmukh, and have completed 4 of the 5 modules of Level 2 Teacher Training.
“What is kundalini? It is the whole energy of the cosmos in the individual and beyond the individual. It is the energy of consciousness.” ~Yogi Bhajan
