About The Event
The unprecedented events that we are collectively going through have been extraordinarily stressful.
In times like these, having the knowledge and understanding of how we can utilize our breath to regulate our minds and our moods will assist us in staying grounded and present through all that life hands our way.
This 6-week course will offer you breath instruction to direct your energy how you desire. We will be exploring self-expression through journaling and drawing.
There will be an optional time to share your work within the community.
