A Kundalini yoga class consists of a specific kriya (a sequence) and meditation focused on raising the Kundalini Energy. Each class offers focused benefits, for example: Strengthening the Immune-system, Opening the Heart, Strengthening your Aura, Increasing your Lung capacity, etc.

This cosmic yoga class combines postures, movement, rhythm, sound, breath and visualization to awaken your Kundalini. All levels welcome.

Sound healing is known to be very effective in releasing emotional and physical tension in the body. It promotes a deep meditative state in which harmony can occur.

Meditation & Sat Nam Rasayan Healing

Sat Nam Rasayan® means “Deep Relaxation in the True Identity.” It is an ancient healing art of pure meditative absorption in the Divine. (1) Entering a state of Sat Nam Rasayan® means entering a state of total surrender, becoming nothing, and operating from the state of shuniya. The mind of the Sat Nam Rasayan® practitioner becomes transcendent and in the vastness of this consciousness healing can occur. (1)

This place of healing can be reached in a one-on-one setting of healer and client, between a teacher and a group of students, or within yourself in your own sadhana and daily life.

Sat Nam Rasayan® works on a subtle level through the projective meditative mind. It allows the healer to access and balance the five elements (earth, water, fire, air, and ether) and the pranic body. (1)

The process involves holding a neutral, contemplative state of awareness, being aware of everything – all sensations – and then allowing the resistances to change and/or release as you continue to hold your state of awareness. Resistances can be distractions, differentiation of sensations, preconceptions, conditions, boundaries, or limits.

With the intention to utilize the creative energy of performance as a vehicle for transformation, she infuses this spirit into all areas of her artistic life.

Kids Yoga

Placing the student at the center of the yogic learning approach, we incorporate music, storytelling, and games associated with the mindfulness teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh. We have a background in kundalini yoga and were trained by a kundalini yoga teacher in South Africa to bring these teachings in an intelligible way to children. Hence, we are able to incorporate some of the benefits of the breath work, warm- ups and kriyas. A lot of our asanas and themes include an environmental conscious compound as well as an imaginary approach to make it more fun for the little ones.
